Returns and Exchanges -

We offer exchange/returns only on items that are damaged or defective. We have a 5 day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange or refund.

Clean only with a soft dry cloth or soft brush.

Do not use water, harsh chemicals or detergents.

Note - Since this is an antique piece, some dings/dents/scrapes or other minor imperfections are common.

Please note that as all the products are handmade, slight variation in carvings, dimensions, and weight is normal. Variations of +/- 0.1-1 inches in dimensions and +/- 0.1-2 kgs in weight can be expected in some cases.
