This joyful Laughing Buddha statue captures a wide, open-mouthed grin and crinkled eyes, cast in polished gold brass and dressed in a densely jeweled robe of inlaid stonework. The bald head and rounded face are left in bright unpainted gold, giving the cheerful expression full presence, while the robe covering the seated, cross-legged body is entirely covered in a mosaic of green, red, and blue stone tiles bordered with fine beaded trim. A star-shaped medallion in red and blue sits at the center of the chest, radiating out into a field of circular green settings that continues across both shoulders and down the sides. One hand rests on the knee while the other cradles a small gold pouch, both hands and bare feet left polished for contrast against the colorful robe. This richly decorated piece brings good-fortune symbolism and vibrant detail to any tabletop or gifting occasion.

Care Instructions

Clean only with a soft, dry cloth to maintain the natural shine. Avoid water, harsh chemicals, or detergents, as these can damage the brass finish.

Brass is a natural metal and may tarnish or darken slightly over time when exposed to air and moisture - this is a normal characteristic of brass and not a manufacturing defect. To restore shine, use a brass polish or a mild solution of lemon and salt, gently rub with a soft cloth, then wipe dry with a clean cloth.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity to help prevent tarnishing.
