This softly luminous Buddha statue pairs a pale ivory face and chest with a richly gilded gold robe accented in warm red trim, creating a gentle, temple-inspired glow. Cast in brass, the figure sits with the right hand raised in vitarka mudra, the teaching gesture, while the left hand rests in the lap holding a small vessel. The robe drapes over one shoulder in fine floral engraving, bordered by a bold red sash edge that traces the collar and diagonal fold for vivid contrast against the gold. A thin blue band marks the waist, while the crossed legs are finished in smooth polished gold with a touch of green shading at the base of the robe. The face carries a calm, composed expression beneath a tall pointed ushnisha with a small gold finial, softly shaded to bring out the brow and eyes. The figure sits on a rounded cushion above a tiered oval base, its lower tier ringed with a row of deep red lotus petals and a Greek key meander trim at the rim. Care Instructions

Clean only with a soft, dry cloth to maintain the natural shine. Avoid water, harsh chemicals, or detergents, as these can damage the brass finish.

Brass is a natural metal and may tarnish or darken slightly over time when exposed to air and moisture - this is a normal characteristic of brass and not a manufacturing defect. To restore shine, use a brass polish or a mild solution of lemon and salt, gently rub with a soft cloth, then wipe dry with a clean cloth.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity to help prevent tarnishing.
