This radiant gold-finished Buddha statue brings temple-grade artistry into an intimate tabletop scale. Cast in brass and polished to a bright gilded shine, the figure sits in vajrasana with the right hand raised in a teaching gesture near the chest and the left hand cradling a small kalasha vessel in the lap. Behind the figure rises an elaborate pointed-arch aureole, its surface worked in fine scrollwork and studded with small circular medallions along the border, giving the piece a jewelled, shrine-like presence. The robe falls in soft folds over one shoulder, with delicate engraved trim at the collar and hem picking up the light. The whole figure rests on an oval base ringed with a carved lotus petal rim, unifying the piece in a single warm gold tone. Compact enough for a shelf, altar corner, or console table, it makes a striking focal point for meditation spaces or curated decor vignettes.

Care Instructions

Clean only with a soft, dry cloth to maintain the natural shine. Avoid water, harsh chemicals, or detergents, as these can damage the brass finish.

Brass is a natural metal and may tarnish or darken slightly over time when exposed to air and moisture - this is a normal characteristic of brass and not a manufacturing defect. To restore shine, use a brass polish or a mild solution of lemon and salt, gently rub with a soft cloth, then wipe dry with a clean cloth.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity to help prevent tarnishing.

Please note that as all the products are handmade, slight variation in carvings, dimensions, and weight is normal. Variations of +/- 0.1-1 inches in dimensions and +/- 0.1-2 kgs in weight can be expected in some cases.
