This compact Buddha head bust carries a distinctive tall, tapered silhouette, its dark charcoal-black face offset by pale ivory-highlighted curls that climb to a rounded ushnisha finial. Cast in brass, the face is calm and composed, with softly closed eyes, a gently curled urna at the brow, and full lips rendered in fine detail against the dark base tone. The tightly coiled curls covering the crown are picked out in a two-tone antique wash, giving real texture and contrast to the elongated head shape. Long looped earlobes flank either side of the face, extending down past the jaw for a classic devotional silhouette. The neck is ringed with three fine engraved lines before flaring into a small rounded pedestal base, keeping the bust stable and freestanding. This petite, richly toned piece makes an understated accent for a shelf, altar nook, or curated small-object display.

Care Instructions

Clean only with a soft, dry cloth to maintain the natural shine. Avoid water, harsh chemicals, or detergents, as these can damage the brass finish.

Brass is a natural metal and may tarnish or darken slightly over time when exposed to air and moisture - this is a normal characteristic of brass and not a manufacturing defect. To restore shine, use a brass polish or a mild solution of lemon and salt, gently rub with a soft cloth, then wipe dry with a clean cloth.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity to help prevent tarnishing.
