Returns and Exchanges -

We offer exchange/returns only on items that are damaged or defective. We have a 5 day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange or refund.

Clean only with a soft, dry cloth to maintain the natural shine. Avoid water, harsh chemicals, or detergents, as these can damage the brass finish.

Brass is a natural metal and may tarnish or darken slightly over time when exposed to air and moisture - this is a normal characteristic of brass and not a manufacturing defect. To restore shine, use a brass polish or a mild solution of lemon and salt, gently rub with a soft cloth, then wipe dry with a clean cloth.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity to help prevent tarnishing.

Please note that as all the products are handmade, slight variation in carvings, dimensions, and weight is normal. Variations of +/- 0.1-1 inches in dimensions and +/- 0.1-2 kgs in weight can be expected in some cases.
