This compact devotional piece frames a seated Buddha within a radiant flame-shaped aureole, its layered rays and scalloped border rising dramatically behind the figure like a temple backdrop. A lotus-petal candle plate crowns the top, ready to hold a small diya or tealight for illumination during prayer or meditation. The Buddha's right hand is raised in a gentle teaching gesture while the left rests in the lap, finely draped robes falling in naturalistic folds. The whole piece stands on a stepped rectangular base, finished in warm polished brass throughout. Compact and richly detailed, this piece makes a lovely altar accent, ideal for meditation corners, puja spaces, or as a decorative tabletop centerpiece.

Care Instructions

Clean only with a soft, dry cloth to maintain the natural shine. Avoid water, harsh chemicals, or detergents, as these can damage the brass finish.

Brass is a natural metal and may tarnish or darken slightly over time when exposed to air and moisture - this is a normal characteristic of brass and not a manufacturing defect. To restore shine, use a brass polish or a mild solution of lemon and salt, gently rub with a soft cloth, then wipe dry with a clean cloth.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity to help prevent tarnishing.
