Returns and Exchanges -

We offer exchange/returns only on items that are damaged or defective. We have a 5 day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange or refund.

Clean only with a soft dry cloth or soft brush. Avoid direct sunlight and excess moisture, which can cause the wood to warp, crack, or fade over time.

Do not use water, harsh chemicals or detergents. Use a wood-safe polish periodically to maintain the natural shine.

Please note that as all our wood carvings are handmade, slight variation in carving detail, dimensions, and finish is normal. Variations of +/- 0.1-1 inches in dimensions and +/- 0.1-2 kgs in weight can be expected in some cases.
